A great base to explore Patagonia and the staging point for Antarctica
Ushuaia is the capital of Tierra del Fuego, gateway to Antarctica and the world's most southerly city, set in spectacular surroundings: to the North, the Martial Mountains, part of the great Andes range; to the South, the Beagle Channel.
This three-day tour is a great introduction to the area for those finishing a Patagonia trip or starting an Antarctic adventure!

Day 1: Ushuaia: Arrival
Upon arrival in Ushuaia, we welcome you and transfer you to your hotel.
Day 2: Ushuaia: Tierra del Fuego National Park and Train to the End of the World
Today we take a stunning train ride along one of Argentina’s last remaining narrow gauge tracks on the Ferrocarril Austral Fuegino. We pass spectacular waterfalls, glaciers, rugged mountain scenery and spectacular lakes before returning to Ushuaia.
We also visit the Tierra del Fuego National Park which stretches 60 kilometres (37 miles) north from the Beagle Channel along the Chilean border, and is a popular trekking area on account of the wonderful scenery.
Day 3: Ushuaia: Beagle Channel
Today we take a spectacular half day cruise along the famed Beagle Channel. Here we get a chance to see myriads of seabirds, including Albatross, Skua and Steamer Ducks. We should also get a chance to see seals near Isla de los Lobos (Wolf Island).
On the way back to Ushuaia, we can enjoy impressive views of the Martial Mountains, which form a spectacular backdrop to the town.
Upon return to the port of Ushuaia, you are transfered to the airport, or back to your hotel.
